- Verified concern. After vehicle sat overnight it would not start. Tested battery, 10.22 volts, 0 CCA, bad cell, recommend replace. Customer recently purchased the battery from O'Reilly Auto Parts. We were able to get O'Reilly Auto Parts to cover the battery under warranty. They gave us a new replacement battery in exchange for the old battery. Replaced battery. Restored electrical power. Programmed battery to vehicle. Tested new battery, 12.56 volts, 918 CCA, Good battery. Road tested. Vehicle starts and runs normally now.
- Verified concern. 5 fault codes are stored in the engine control module, P0507, P1571, P10A4,P2533 and P0456. Recommend to replace the missing dipstick cap and clear the fault codes in the engine control module, then re evaluate. Replaced the missing dipstick cap. Cleared fault codes. Road tested. Fault code P1571 re appeared for the left engine mount solenoid valve. Unrelated to dipstick cap missing. Check engine light did not come back on. Vehicle is operating correctly.
- Checked and topped off engine oil level. Verified engine oil level is correct. Road tested.
