- Verified concern. Removed steering wheel and driver airbag. Removed steering column trim pieces. Removed electrical portion of ignition switch. Isolated key and igntion cylinder. Found key is still binding in ignition cylinder. Recommend remove and replace ignition cylinder and housing. Special order parts will arrive in 7 to 10 business days.
- Removed drivers airbag. Removed steering wheel. Removed and replaced ignition lock cylinder and housing. Re installed in reverse order of removal. Verified key turns in ignition smoothly.
- Changed engine oil and filter. Reset service reminder. Checked and topped off fluid levels. Rotated tires. Checked and adjusted tire pressures. Performed multi point inspection. Checked lights. Checked wiper blades. Checked battery. 12.39 Volts, 630 CCA, Recharge & Retest. Checked brakes. Front brake pads 2mm, 14% remaining. Rear brake pads 2mm, 20% remaining. Road tested. Vehicle is operating correctly.
